Happy New Year! Here’s to a strong real estate market for 2024. Word on the street is that more cuts are coming—interest rates that is! Inventory is still low though sellers are ready and gearing up; we expect the spring market to see many new and lovely homes for our buyers who are also ready. Call me for a price valuation or listing presentation. I am entering my 21st year as a real estate professional. All these years in the business with multiple transactions under my belt have awarded me the experience that buyers and sellers want when buying or selling their largest asset.
